5. Font Purchase (Buyer Responsibilities)

You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the font unless explicitly stated in the license terms.

6. Intellectual Property

• Fonts.xyz Ownership: Fonts.xyz retains ownership of the Site, its logo, branding, and other content not submitted by Users. These are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• Copyright Infringement: If you believe your work has been uploaded or sold on Fonts.xyz without your permission, please contact us immediately at [email address] so we can take appropriate action.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Uploading or selling fonts that infringe on the rights of others.
• Engaging in any unlawful or fraudulent activities on the Site.
• Attempting to bypass or circumvent security measures.

• Using the Site in a manner that disrupts its functioning or violates any local or international laws.
• Posting hurtful, racist, homophobic, transphobic, sexist or harassing content on the Site. Be it through font designs, font names, specimen text or imagery, font descriptions, comments, user names… We reserve the right to delete aforementioned content and give the Users a warning if it where to fall in one of these categories. If a User were to ignore our first warning and/or repeat the above behaviour, we reserve the right to ban the User from the Site and close their account.

8. Content Moderation

If you were ever to spot hurtful, racist, homophobic, transphobic, sexist or harassing content on the Site, please reach to our moderating team at moderation@fonts.xyz with the URL of said content and we will make our best to delete such content ASAP and warn or ban the culprit User.

9. Data Privacy

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
