Florian Runge is an independent designer specialising in typeface design, font development, and typography. He focuses on creating original custom typefaces for clients, working with anything from typeface concept to final font delivery and style or script extensions. He regularly collaborates with design studios and type foundries around the world. Over the years, he has worked closely with studios & agencies such as: NaN, Brody Associates & Neville Brody, Pentagram, Studio DRAMA, JKR, Rosetta Type, Gareth Hague/Alias & Google Fonts.

Over the past 12 years, Florian has designed custom typefaces for a wide range of notable clients, including Samsung, Shiseido, The Coca-Cola Company, Longines Watch Co., L’Occitane En Provence, Sony, Nike, Mayo Clinic, Channel 4, Costa Coffee, Deezer, Mozilla, The Kraft Heinz Company, RSPCA & more.
